Business Development Executive

We are currently recruiting for experienced business development executives who possess the drive and determination to succeed. My client designs bespoke websites, delivers web-related support services and prides itself on providing exceptional customer service levels.
This position will be to generate fresh leads each week, and the ideal candidate will have the ability to convert the leads into sales. You will be given ideas for generating leads as well as coming up with your own and will be rewarded through an impressive commission structure. You may also be required to attend networking events on behalf of the company and sometimes these may be held in an evening, though attendance is optional.
The commission structure is based on success and demonstration of this could lead to a full-time salaried position if you are able to demonstrate that you are a perfect addition to the company. My client is keen to see applicants with both ability and persona, and therefore loyalty, honesty integrity and professionalism are of the upmost importance.
You will be articulate and professional, confident and approachable, and have the ability to listen to the potential client; to understand their needs and match them with what we offer. I.T literacy is also essential as you will be required to keep in touch via email.
