- Firstly we arrange a meeting at a convenient time to visit your business
- We ask for a tour of your business to get a feel for the work environment and to briefly meet the rest of the team; especially those that will be working with the new recruit!
- During the meeting we try to learn as much as possible about your business; what you do, how you do it and the challenges your business faces
- Which position/s you need to fill and the impact these roles have on your business.
- We take a full job spec and profile the role. Finding out as much as we can about the essential/ desirable skills, qualifications & experience required and the personality types that would excel within this role (with the existing team and management)
Then you leave everything to us.......

- Search suitable candidate databases
- Approach competitors of your choice (if required)

- Organise interviews at either your business or within our conference and training centre (at no additional cost to yourselves)
