Matching candidate skills to those set out by you is the first step in ensuring we provide you with quality candidates. We then discuss the vacancy with them in a face-to-face interview and reconfirm their suitability and interest in the position. Next, we produce a shortlist of suitable candidates or submit CVs for you to review prior to arrangement of interviews.
